After you sign up, you will receive an automatic email indicating that we have received your request/payment.
Next, one of our ReliableCMS representatives will review & confirm your order, usually within a few hours. We do this for your protection.
After confirmation, you will receive a welcome email from ReliableCMS. This important email contains vital information to get you started with your ReliableCMS account, including your login information, how to access email, FTP information and your DNS settings (if required).
Once you have received your welcome email, you can upload your web content using your temporary web access. Up until then, there is no account to login to.
IMPORTANT POINT: It can take up to 24-48 for the World Wide Web to recognize your new domain name (this process is called domain propagation - and is not in the control of ReliableCMS). Any time a new domain or "web address" is created, it can take a while for that new domain to "propagate" to different servers (computers) scattered around the world. In the meantime, a temporary address is given to you so that you can upload your webfiles.
